Purpose for Processing

1. Personnel selection processes: through work with us, we receive applications for job offers available in the company. Through your job application, you can choose to transfer your data to the company for a specific job offer, or allow FAMAGA to take into account your professional skills for other vacancies that may exist.

2. Commercial contacts:

  • Web users: queries that are made through the “CONTACT” form, in which identification data of the interested party is requested in order to resolve your request/query.
    Newsletter subscription: by providing your email address, users are allowed to subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest news about the company and developments in the sector. Likewise, your express consent is requested for the incorporation of the information you provide to the company’s databases for commercial prospecting.
  • The information we request is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary and in no case is required to provide them, but its non-communication may affect the purpose of the service or the inability to provide it.

In the event that the user’s personal contact information of third parties is provided by the user, the latter undertakes to communicate to the holders of said data this clause, informing them, prior to said communication to FAMAGA of all the aspects included therein, especially the identity and contact details of the owner, the purposes of the treatment and the possibility of exercising rights. In case of not being communicated, the user agrees to leave FAMAGA harmless, for any damage, loss, expense or sanction of any jurisdictional order that could bring cause of the lack of communication of this clause to the owners of the data provided by the user.

In FAMAGA we have adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the data, as well as to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

Cookies are small amounts of information that are stored in the browser used by each user so that the server remembers certain information that later only the server that implements it will read. Storage Period

The data provided by the users of the web, will be kept for the time strictly required by the applicable legal regulations, at which time they will be deleted:

  • CVs: Depending on the option selected, they will be kept until the job vacancy is filled or indefinitely to take into account the candidate’s profile for future processes, unless expressly requested to be deleted.
  • Web users: indefinitely, unless expressly requested to be deleted.
  • Newsletter subscribers: indefinitely, unless expressly requested to be deleted.

In any case, it will be the minimum required by current applicable legislation.

Legal Basis of the Processing

Your express consent allows FAMAGA to process your data for the different purposes described in the previous section.

The data may only be used for the purposes set forth, in accordance with the principles of transparency and limitation of the purpose.

Data Recipients

We will only disclose your data to third parties when ordered to do so by supervisory bodies or control authorities for tax, financial, fraud prevention or money laundering, social security or other purposes.

We will also disclose your personal data to those entities supplying services to the company in the capacity of processing professionals in the event that a business relationship with the company is established or becomes part of the workforce because they have been selected for a job in the company.

Your Rights

  • Right to request access to your personal data: you may ask FAMAGA Group OHG if it is processing your data and which data is being dealt with.
  • Right to request rectification of personal data (if you consider it incorrect) or its deletion (right to be forgotten).
  • In certain circumstances, right to limit the processing of your personal data, in which case, it will only be kept by the entity for management of the contractual relationship maintained.
  • In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the right to oppose its processing, except for legitimate reasons or when expressly obliged to continue to do so.
  • Right to data portability: the right to receive the personal data of the person concerned, which has been processed by FAMAGA Group OHG in a structured format, for public use and mechanical reading, and transmit it to another data controller.
